Grosso Class Action
In accordance with the decision of the Nazareth Regional Labor Court on August 4, 2025, which approved a settlement in a motion to certify a class action against Manpower Kerr Ltd.

The arrangement applies to foreign workers employed by Manpower Kerr from December 1, 2009 to December 1, 2016.
In accordance with the arrangement, employees who worked during the aforementioned period will be entitled to compensation equal to the multiplication of the vacation component that was paid in their monthly salary (not including the last salary) and holiday pay by 12.5%, and will also be entitled to compensation at the rate of 7% for the total vacation paid as part of the employee’s salary during his employment (not including the payment in the last month).
The aforesaid is only a summary and the arrangement is conditional on additional conditions and is limited to the amount of compensation.

or by registered mail to: 110 Yigal Alon St., Tel Aviv, by March 16, 2026, forms that are not filled out in full or are not submitted by the aforementioned date will not be processed, and the employee will lose his entitlement to receive compensation according to the arrangement.
